Workforce Programs
WAGEES 24 LCCL
WAGEES 24 LCCL is a specialized workforce and reentry program for Transitional Aged Youth ages 18–24. The program combines paid work experience, education, mentoring, and intensive individualized support to help young adults build confidence, develop new skills, and move toward long-term stability.
Participants are paired with Credible Messengers who serve as mentors, advocates, and role models. Through trusted relationships and shared lived experience, young adults receive guidance as they navigate barriers, identify their strengths, and create a personalized path toward their goals.
Participants may receive:
- Paid internships and structured work experience
- On-the-job training
- Intensive one-on-one case management
- Personalized education and employment planning
- Weekly life skills and personal development groups
- GED and credential training
- Financial literacy education
- Employment readiness and career development
- Tuition and educational support
- Transportation assistance
- Mentoring from Credible Messengers
- Support addressing barriers to education and employment
The program also celebrates meaningful milestones—including educational achievements, employment progress, and personal goals—with incentives that recognize growth and encourage continued progress.
WAGEES 24 helps young adults turn their experiences into strength, their goals into action, and their potential into possibility.
