Workforce Reentry Guided by Kinship

Project Kinship’s workforce, employment, and education programs help justice-impacted young adults and adults build stability, confidence, and a path toward long-term success. Our approach is trauma-informed, healing-centered, and rooted in the belief that meaningful opportunity can be a powerful part of the reentry journey.

We support individuals at different stages of reentry, from preparing for release to rebuilding life after incarceration. Through individualized guidance, education, employment preparation, and connections to essential resources, we help participants address barriers, strengthen their skills, and move toward greater independence and economic stability.
