Behavioral Health Bridge House

Project Kinship’s Behavioral Health Bridge Housing program provides transitional housing and supportive services for individuals working toward greater stability and independent living.

Grounded in a Housing First approach, BHBH offers a safe, structured, and compassionate environment where participants can focus on healing, strengthening life skills, and preparing for their next step.

Support may include:

  • Transitional housing
  • Peer support and mentorship
  • Individualized case management
  • Substance use education and recovery support
  • Behavioral health connections
  • Community resource connections
  • Support preparing for independent living
  • Financial literacy
  • Technology literacy
  • Anger management
  • Life skills development

Our team works alongside each participant to identify goals, address barriers, and build the skills and connections needed for long-term housing stability and wellness.

Stable housing creates space for healing, growth, and the opportunity to build what comes next.
