Work can change the direction of a life. At Project Kinship, we believe every person has gifts, potential, and a future worth investing in. Kinship Works helps youth and adults build skills, gain experience, and move toward greater economic stability, from an entry-level opportunity that grows through training, coaching, and experience toward higher wages, greater responsibility, and long-term career advancement.

Kinship Works meets people wherever they are in their employment journey, from workforce readiness and job placement support to hands-on training and paid experience within our own organization and social enterprises. We recognize lived experience as a professional asset and intentionally invest in individuals who may have traditionally been overlooked by the workforce.

Opportunity also extends beyond a single job. Individualized case management, career coaching, financial literacy, skills development, vocational and industry training, and real-world business experience help people build confidence and skills to navigate challenges and move forward.
