OVERVIEW

Adult Reentry Guided by Kinship

Project Kinship’s adult reentry services support individuals as they transition from incarceration back into their communities and work toward stable, meaningful lives.

Our team works alongside each individual to identify their goals, navigate barriers, build stability, and strengthen the relationships and resources that support long-term success. Whether someone is preparing for release, returning home, or continuing their journey in the community, we provide consistent support throughout the reentry process.

By bringing together people, resources, and relationships, Project Kinship creates a connected network of care that helps individuals move beyond the challenges of incarceration and toward greater stability, purpose, and belonging.
