Project Kinship’s Community Programs create welcoming spaces where relationships can grow, confidence can be strengthened, and new opportunities can begin.

Through experiences like sharing a conversation, receiving a haircut, gaining hands-on work experience, or connecting over a cup of coffee, these programs create opportunities for people to feel seen, valued, and connected.

Kinship Kutz

Kinship Cutz is a welcoming community barbershop where grooming, conversation, and connection come together. Supported by volunteer barbers, the program creates a comfortable space where people can feel respected, build relationships, strengthen confidence, and connect with additional support when needed.

Kinship grinds

Kinship Grinds is Project Kinship’s social enterprise, using coffee to create opportunity, build skills, and bring community together. Through the mobile coffee cart, participants gain hands-on work experience while developing confidence, workplace skills, and pathways toward future employment.
